ANDY VAN ALI
Andy Van Ali est un guitariste qui œuvre dans le domaine de la musique depuis près de 40 ans. Amoureux de la guitare, ses influences se résument à un seul nom, Edward Van Halen! Comme son idole virtuose, il tente de transposer le caractère et l’émotion de cette guitare rock sur scène.
Ayant joué dans la formation ‘’ DESIGN ’’ dans les années ’80, il a parcouru le pays avec ce groupe qui était signé avec le producteur et agent d’artistes, M. Paul Lévesque. Sous la bannière d’Artist Records, la musique de leur album, ‘’ Missing In Action ‘’ n’est jamais sorti sur le marché, mais l’expérience en a valu la peine.
Le groupe était entouré de grands musiciens et de compositeurs dans l’écurie de Paul Lévesque management. On n’a qu’à penser à Luba et son succès ‘’ Let It Go‘’, Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush, Sass Jordan, Sylvain Cossette du groupe Paradox, Toyo, Bruno Pelletier et bien d’autres.
Andy a poursuivi son parcours depuis toutes ces années et a finalement arrêté sa course avec Aliceson Cooper afin de savourer pleinement sa soif de la création scénique et la complexité musicale de ce grand artiste qu’est Alice Cooper!

Andy has been playing guitar for nearly 4 decades. He has dedicated most of his life to music.
His love for the guitar began when he heard for the first time Edward Van Halen on the radio. That’s when everything changed in his life.
Like his virtuoso idol, Andy tries to recreate the emotions and originality from his fingerboard to the stage.
In the eighties, he formed the band ‘DESIGN’ and was signed to ‘Artist Records’ and Paul Lévesque management and toured Canada.
They recorded an album ‘Missing in Action’ in 1988. That record never saw the light of day, but it was a great learning experience for Andy.
The group was surrounded by a professional crew of writers and musicians. With the likes of Luba and her hit ‘Let It Go’, Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush, Sass Jordan, Sylvain Cossette of the now defunct band Paradox, Toyo and Bruno Pelletier who were just some of the great artists on the same management team.
Far from being disillusioned with the music industry, Andy continues to play to this day with passion and style.
His new project with the Aliceson Copper tribute is raising the bar for a new theatrical and musical challenge.
